The two hinges we ordered were delivered on time. Talked with rep. who helped me determine which hinge was needed. Very helpful. Wish I had purchased the screws from your company. I bought some at a local hardware store and each one broke off at the head while installing the hinge. It's back to the hardware store now.

The hinges on our cabinet are more than 20 years old. Even though the Blum hinge has been re-engineered, it was done in a way that the new hinge worked exactly the way the old one did and fit the cabinet door recess without the need for any modification. The ordering instructions were precise and the process for selecting the replacement hinge were easily understood.
