It certainly was a pleasure dealing with Andrew. His product knowledge is excellent! The hinges I purchased were for the cabinets on my 1990 Sea Ray 310 cabin cruiser. I searched for quite some time for replacement hinges to no avail. Andrew made it happen. Mine was only a $70.00 order, but I was treated with the same enthuisiasm as if I had spent $7,000.00. The hinges arrived without the screws necessary to attach them to the cabinet. I have every screw imaginable, except the ones I needed to do the job. A trip to the hardware store was necessary to complete the job. In the past I've bought the same hinges from a different supplier and the screws were included. This not what I would call good customer service.

I was replacing many of the Blum hinges that were installed about 15 years ago. The new ones fit perfectly and were very easy to install! Luckily, I ordered new face plates as well because the old face plates would not have worked!
