The cabinet hinges worked perfectly. They are stamped as opposed to cast (the original hinges were cast but no longer available) and they were a fraction of the cost. I had to drill 2 mounting holes, as I had been advised but otherwise they fit and work flawlessly.

I replaced my Grass 830 hinges with the TEC 864. They fit fine and all I needed to do was drill two new holes. They don't cover the old holes, but they work just fine and the adjustments are so much easier. Thanks for the human on the other end of the line to help me with the my search for replacements....
