First of all, the staff at cabinetparts answered my email question quickly and identified the exact parts I needed to replace a broken hinge. The installation was easy and the hinge works better than the orginal. I recommend cabinetparts.com very highly.

The Cabinet is in our condo 470 miles away. I gave the parts to my son-in-law to install when he took his family down over Labor Day.
He tells me the install went off without a hitch...perfect fit.

I was told that the part I needed had been discontinued. The replacement part looked so different that I was worried that it wasn't the part I needed. But, it was perfect, and although I didn't realize it at the time, I was sent two hinges since they both needed to be the same. Your service department was great to be able to identify the hinge I needed by taking a digital photo and emailing it for identification. The directions were straightforward, and I was able to replace the hinges with no difficulty. Great job done by your company! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The hinges work perfectly -- much better than the originals, in fact. Unless I misunderstood the directions on where to drill the holes, they were wrong. When I drilled them along the same line as the originals instead of the way the directions suggested, it worked perfectly.

My Mepla SSP-19 hinge broke after 15 years. I was annoyed that the model had been replaced with the CS PCC. However I was able to install them in a matter of 20 minutes if that. I am very pleased with the results.

This hinge was a great replacement for my very old pie-cut cabinet door hinges. What I appreciated most was the very clear instruction sheet on the web site that showed me how to install these as they differ from the old style hinges I had. A wood plug was even included to fill the hole left by my old hinges. Complete package, clear instructions, and quality hardware. I'm very pleased.
