It was an easy install once I figured out how to orient things (which side went where). The template holes did not line up exactly, so I used it for one side and drilled the other side based on the hinge itself. So far the hinge is working great and seems sturdy. Hard to tell what will happen in 12 years (that how long the original lasted).

The hinge is more stiff at the end when final closing, but works ok. This replacement is a bit of a nuisance. The plugs were not the right size (thickness or diameter). It is hard to believe that a replacement hinge could not be made to screw right in to the existing set up. I am not looking forward to the next one. The most difficult thing about all this was finding the fix. I found it through a blog from some other frustrated person who graciously posted it. Would you please make it easy to find on your website via the old part numbers? That would be cool. As far as finding the part and ease of ordering, it was perfect, and I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback. Thanks. Bruce

The product is a much better quality that the original hinge it replaced. Installation was fairly easy. The directions on snapping the two portions together was a little unclear.

The Cabinet is in our condo 470 miles away. I gave the parts to my son-in-law to install when he took his family down over Labor Day.
He tells me the install went off without a hitch...perfect fit.

I was told that the part I needed had been discontinued. The replacement part looked so different that I was worried that it wasn't the part I needed. But, it was perfect, and although I didn't realize it at the time, I was sent two hinges since they both needed to be the same. Your service department was great to be able to identify the hinge I needed by taking a digital photo and emailing it for identification.
