The quality was outstanding, all parts were in the package, all fit properly, instructions were clear, and it almost took the 15 minutes suggested for installation time (actual time about 30 minutes) Altogether a perfect experience

    Now that the lazy susan is installed it is great. But the instructions say it should take about 15 minutes to install. The pattern did not line up with the lower supports, plus the selves kept sliding down.

    Shelves and hardware are good quality. It took way longer than necessary to install because the instructions are crap! Maybe that's Rev-A-Shelf's fault? How hard would it be to correct the instructions? The template included must have been copied too many times, it's not to scale. When I followed the instruction steps, the top of the telescoping shaft wouldn't fit when fully collapsed. I eventually reversed the steps and inserted the top first and then the bottom and the shaft went into both top and bottom mounting hardware. There were other issues with the instructions that I won't go into.

    The drawer pulls are good quality and have a nice finish, but the quality of the long fasteners is very poor. The hardware is made so can be cut easily but the threads are very poor and cross thread easily. I will have to buy better fasteners, I don’t see
