Service was fine, but the parts we got that were supposed to go on the cabinet frame did not fit because the frame was thicker than the bracket. We had to fudge it and use the old mounting bracket. New part was not the same width as old part. Just ended up tossing the new stuff cause it would cost more to send back than we paid for it.

I am very satisfied with your product and service. When a hinge broke (10 yrs old?) I unsuccessfully tried several local stores for a replacement. Then I noticed the manufacturer name on the hinge and took a chance on contacting the original manufacturer. The previous owner of my house had completely remodeled the kitchen. I found the website easy to use, relayed the exact numbers off of the hinge base and other part, and you quickly replied with replacement part numbers. This is a very high quality product with built-in flexibility adjustment after installation. I used the hinge in the kitchen doors where it gets open at least 5 to 7 times per day. It lasted for 11 years.The specific part that broke was the flat spring in the hinge.

Needed just a hinge plate. Tough to find in town, but very easily found on this site. I have no knowledge of cabinetry yet everything was explained and the part was correct. Just in case I contacted customer service and they made sure the part number was correct. Only bad was the extra fee because of my very small order plus the shipping and handling made a $1.70 into a $10.50 part. Glad to get the part though and will keep these guys bookmarked.
