After 13 years of use my vanity hinges had worn out. After a call to Cabinet Parts tech service department, I was given a replacement hinge. The hinges arrived in a few days. The installation was simple and went exactly the way the tech service rep said it would. I would recommend Cabinet parts to anyone.

Excellent replacement for my old Grass hinges after drilling the two holes. These seem to be of better quality and easier to adjust. It is nice to have doors that close and line up again.

It did what I expected, I only wish the holes reflected the reverse pattern like the old 860-38 hinge because it does leave the old marks and screw holes exposed. Be ready to touch up and stain. The hinge itself works great.

For some reason the screw holes on the door did not line up with the original part. I was able to make it work, but it was disappointing as this was the second hinge set (first one din't not have enough overlay).

I bought this to replace a broken Grass 830 cabinet hinge. Works just as well as the original and fits in the original hole (other than having to drill new screw holes).
