The hinges are excellent However no instructions on how to screw them in. Most people do not have wide drill bit that can easily go through solid cherry to a depth of only 3/8" without going through the cabinet.

I will have to drill new screw holes since the old parts had the screws closer to the edge of the door. These parts have no plastic parts which were the failure point of the old parts. These parts, the service and the price were exceptionally good. We have about 60 of this type of hinge/closer in our home so we are probably fixed for life. Thank you.

This is the only replacement I could find for the 830-33. I would, of course, have preferred that the holes were in the same place as the 830-33 holes, but it was extremely easy to drill two new holes. So these are an excellent replacement for the 830-33 (the 830-33 is discontinued).

the hinges work great but the holes were ever so slightly off center of the holes that were drilled in the cabinet door. the ones i ordered from rockler fit perfectly but were more expensive. i must replace fifty pair of hinges and am trying to decide whether the difference in price justifies using your hinges.
