These hinges work as expected. They are quiet and soft closing. Purchasers should NOT HAVE TO BUY screws for this product SEPARATELY. This creates confusion and debate over whether a flat head or pan head screw is best and what thickness screw works best even among the people who work with the company, and they have lost a few of the customers over this. Likewise their supply of appropriate and needed hinge screws was out and unavailable last week. Now what? I have to wait for the correct ones to come in while the hinges have already arrived. I put the hinges away for now. This is not the best way to work with the people outside the company and EXPEDITE USE OF YOUR OWN PRODUCTS. It is a way to Nickel and dime me and others. Do better work here. Nice product, bad experience with the people outside and the service approach to working with us all.

I ordered self closing hinges and screws. I received normal non-self closing hinges and a week and a half later received screws. Company was easy to deal with but sent the wrong items. Being a contractor i was forced to go hinges elsewhere because I had a deadline on the project. I’m sorry but I couldn’t use this company again and risk my reputation.
