These baby's hit well above their weight-class. On receiving them I was worried I might have probably, shoulda gone with the full size unit for my 16" x 22" Shaker-style door with an 1/2" mdf panel rabbeted into the grooves. It was a fairly heavy door, but these baby's are holding tight, level, and close with just the smallest effort! Time will tell if they hold up long-term but I have faith with my 3/4" overlay install. The product is well worth the price. However, the mounting holes are farther apart than those of my original hinges which have plastic anchors embedded in the door (Wolf Cabinets). So, these would be fine for a new project or a door where the original holes can be filled.

Not their fault that I ordered the wrong part. Returning it for refund and they are deducting an excessive amount. I paid $22.19 with tax and shipping and they are saying I will only get back $4 and change with return. I 'get' that they need to deduct shipping charges, but that was only $8 and change. Why then, am I only getting refunded $4 and change?

Called about replacements for a particular Blum Hinge and Mounting Plate. Customer service rep explained to me that self closing hinge was discontinued and was no longer available. She said the only substitute available was a soft close hinge and never mentioned the fact that there was also a self closing hinge that would work as well. Didn’t really want to have some cabinet doors soft close and others self close. When I called back and talked to a different representative he told me there was indeed a self closing hinge that I could have bought in the first place and transferred me back to the original rep… She continued to insist I should use the soft close hinges that were shipped. Thru were unwilling to pay for the shipping to return the hinges I didn’t want. Won’t buy from Cabinetparts.Com ever again!!!

The assistance that I received in selecting the correct hinge style was outstanding. The original hinge design on our cabinets has been replaced with an updated version. The information that I received from Sherry in technical support was very straightforward and easy to interpret. The entire process including responses to my questions only took a few minutes from the beginning of the search until the order was completed.
