I was a bit concerned when I first started this project. Our existing cabinet hinges are over 25 years old, installed during our original kitchen remodel, and we had no original documentation for reference. The support team was excellent; they guided me through taking the necessary measurements and photos, and ultimately, they identified the perfect replacements. The hinges fit perfectly without the need for any additional drilling or adjustments. Thank you for the great support!

Nothing bad to report about the product. However, don't even try to contact customer support. The fellow who answered the phone plainly said "I don't know anything about the product - please refer to the pdf files" I have never encountered such poor product support or customer support from any companies we dealt with. They don't even offer an email address to contact them. In short, great product but absolutely useless customer support. They sent the hinges and hinge supports but the screws we ordered were not included. We called them and said someone would reach out to us the following day - no one did, not the subsequent days. We had to call them another time and it took more than 2 weeks for the screws to arrive. Really? Not sure how they can survive.

I had the support plate for my 2004 (prior owner) hinges break off. The hinge isn't made anymore. But based on my cell phone picture, Dave suggested a new hinge that would even fit the existing screw holes. And he was right. I would never go elsewhere for cabinet hardware
