This add-on soft-close unit is a bit bulky, but works perfectly. Also, it snaps on and off without tools, so installation takes only a few seconds per hinge. Note that you don't necessarily need one for every hinge. For example, if you have three hinges on a door, two soft-close units may be enough. For very small doors, one may be enough.

We recently replaced the Blum hinges on a cabinet door so that it opened wider. It turns out that the Blum 170 degree hinges do not have the "slow close" feature integrated into the original 110 degree hinges design. The Customer Service rep at CabinetParts.com gave me the part number and advice on installing them: You need one at the top and bottom, and they just clip on! We are very satisfied.
