I ordered 4 slides for center mount drawers. Two looked fine and 2 were bent. Of the 2 we were able to use, they seemed to work fine though one drawer does not open all the way.

You need to study the instructions carefully. Once you get going then things start to make sense. The second drawer was much easier.

My husband ran around store to store to no avail. Finally, I found the name of the company on the broken drawer slide. I went online typed in a name of the company and a little information and voila there is company. Ordering was simple and it was delivered in a few days. Probably when ordering I checked for the wrong part - needed side mount - but I am stuck with the return because I loose the two-way shipping ($28) for a $15 order. Your warehouse is only 20 miles from me.
