    I originally ordered the wrong size parts and they made the return effortless and they paid shipping. I received the correct parts almost immediately. The service representative on the phone was polite and very helpful. The product I purchased was an Accuride drawer slide replacement that was quite old and it’s great that they still carry them.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
