It is exactly what I expected. Haven't installed them yet. Will have to see how sturdy they are once installed. I am ordering another set too.

I have old school kitchen cabinets from the very early 60's, where the cabinet hardware is that weird faux-colonial hammered copper stuff. I'm doing a refresh of the kitchen to hold me for a couple of years until I have the money to do a complete remodel, and the cabinets are in great shape, just outdated. I wanted black, modern looking hardware that fit, so I didn't have to redrill any holes. Not only were these a perfect fit, making replacing the hardware super easy, but they are honestly a really great quality, heavy and solid feeling with a nice smooth opening motion. Really impressed!!

If you have 1960's ish cabinets these are the only hinges that fit and they work and look perfectly!

These are some of the most beautiful hinges that I have seen in a long time. They look hand made and add that special touch to your project. I used these for a custom craftsman style cabinet project which really helped to give it that needed completed finish look that any special project needs.
