CNC V Groove, Miter Fold & Signmaking Router Bits provide unique grinding angles to eliminate build up at the V point. Innovative CNC tool design with high grade solid carbide insert knife. For replacement knives, please scroll down below. The secure locking screw system ensures maximum safety and maintains cutting accuracy. CNC router requires quality hold downs to ensure the least possibility of material shifting during operation. Get two uses out of each insert! Once insert knife show signs of wear you can rotate the insert for a brand new cutting edge, only for the following tool #'s: RC-1141, RC-1142, RC-1102, RC-1030, RC-1034, RC-1140, RC-1147, RC-1100, RC-1028, RC-1103, RC-1105 and RC-1146.

Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
