    I ordered these handles for every drawer and door in our kitchen. They arrived nicely wrapped. 4 of them had defects in the finish such as a "scratch", a ding in finish, etc. I don't know if my installer did it or if it was the manufacturer. Fortunately, by turning them upside down, none of the defects is showing!
