    Had no problem installing this product. It is not as shiny as the picture indicates (which is a good thing in my case). It IS brushed gold. Made in China.

    I love the knobs I ordered. But my order was missing 7 knobs. I called customer service and they quickly Rectified my order and shipped me the 7 missing knobs.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
