    I ordered this item in copper and received rose gold. After notifying customer support, they sent me a sample of the correct item. Both items are quite nice, but in the time it took to customer support to respond and begin to rectify the error, I was able to find what I needed to complete my project. Still waiting for return documents, though it has been about 3 weeks since delivery. I would still recommend these in both colors, depending on your preference. So far customer support has done their job. Hopefully they will follow through on the return.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
