    I had ordered the same pulls in another color, but realized after I received them that the matte black would be better. The website offers a nice system for only returns, but I was unable to use it due to my original purchase being above some limit. It would have been nice if the website was clearer about this limit before I wasted my time filling out the information. I had to call someone in customer service to arrange a return of the original parts, then purchased the matte black pulls that I wanted.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
