    Sales was great but shipping left out the expensive screws from the two orders I placed. It takes about 24 hours to get approval on what was not shipped. They requested pictures of what was sent which didn’t make sense and delayed getting approval to resend. Both times halted construction. Send resend of screws were cheaper ones that ordered. I gave a 3 because Sherry in sales was great.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
