    I'm trying to return my order bc I now want the more expensive pulls that match my kitchen design better. Before I order them I need to now I can return the ones I have. I called Monday and was told I'd be sent a return email in 48 hours, it's now Thursday and no email yet.

    Very good quality. Much heavier than the average cabinet hardware found in stores. Bought one as a sample. Although it was of high quality, it ended up being not quite the right finish for our project.

    I realized they had sent a different part for one of my under mount latches. I called them and they sent the replacement part in just a couple of days.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
