I bought a few of these and liked them so much I ordered more, in both The 7” and 10” sizes. They were smaller than my drawers so I put rubber drawer liner ‘paper’ under them and it kept the individual trays from sliding back every time I opened the drawer. My drawers look so organized and clean now.

Actually I never received them. I have to trace your previous mails, but if you could help me also in this process, I would greatly appreciate it. Do you have the tracking till the PO Box in Florida. From there I would have to do the research on my side. Thank you so much and regards, Judith Puchalt

I was replacing an existing R562F525 slide, which Google informed me was 525mm = 21" long, so I ordered this item, as the max length listed was 21". On installation, I found it was 1.5" too short. However, only the damper was leaking on the original, so I swapped that and all is working well again. So, physically measure carefully before ordering.

Even though they are not an exact match for what we had, they work well and the videos on installation are great.
