Got the 970A.1002 Understand there is another insert (970.1002) that offers less resistance. Will try that next.

Ordering was easy and help when needed was outstanding. They use USPS which isn’t good. They are in Florida and I am in Georgia. The hinges went from pompano Beach to Rhode Island then to Massachusetts then back to Georgia. A long route.
