The AVENTOS HK-S lift system from Blum is a compact, side-mounted solution ideal for small upper cabinets, including shallow or over-appliance applications. It offers smooth, adjustable motion with soft-close functionality, making it perfect for modern, handle-less designs. For face frame cabinets, the BA20K6A01 Face Frame Mounting Bracket Set is required. This set includes both left and right brackets and ensures proper alignment with a minimum 7/16" (10.5 mm) face frame offset. Alternatively, the cabinet sides can be blocked out flush with the face frame edge.     A really good product overall. Smooth operation, doesn't take up much room & functions splendidly once you get it on. Problems I encountered were getting the units positioned correctly (where they needed to be for correct function & proper fit)- I wish there were a template included that would ensure correct positioning. Upon one of my installation attempts, the door attachments were not positioned exactly correctly. In trying to get them to fit, I ended up getting the attachment lever arm out of alignment >:( The last thing that I like/dislike is the angle restriction clips- great idea & easy to install! I wish they had more angle options (they just have 2- 75 & 100 degrees). Overall pleased with the product. I'm sure once you install a couple of these systems, problems like mine go away.

    Great product.....a word of caution, when doing the door weight factor sizing. When the program spits out a number based on your inputs, and you happen to be very close to the top end force factor rating for a particular hinge, move up to the next size hinge. There is no fudge factor involved in the ratings and the ratings speak the truth.....and nothing more!

    I do need to figure out the mounting plate which seems specific to the mechanism. Looking for a plate now. So haven't used it yet looks like it works well though

    Great product works great used for cabinet door over frig got the face frame brakets made the install easy the instuctions were not very good but is was not hard to figure out also had great shipping and price thanks
