Give your cabinet drawers and doors one of the trendiest touches going around with our Rigid Insert Panels. These panels were designed specifically for use as an insert within a frame. They can be cut down to the necessary size using a table saw and inserted into the frame - allowing room for the panel expand and contract within. They should also be finished on both sides in these applications. NOTE: These panels are not meant to be used as a standalone panel and may suffer unwarranted damage when used in undesignated applications (See PDF). These panels are available in a number of styles, including bead, square and cove-cut varieties. You can pick from a variety of species like hard maple, white oak, walnut, paint-grade and more.

Crafted in the U.S. from North American white oak. Quarter-sawn white oak tends to have a more linear grain pattern than our standard white oak. White oak is ideal for staining and sealing; white oak tends to show grain variance when painted.
Panel has thickness of .25" and coves are .625" wide.
Natural color and grain variation add to the depth and texture of the panel.
Panels may be susceptible to elements and warping. Always store in a cool, dry area with evenly distributed weight on top of the panels.

by roger from Kohler, WIThe listing could have described the material is "laminated", as I was expecting solid-one piece, Not a layup of 3/4" pieces to make a 2" thick. I could have laid up had I known. The product was of good quality, just not what I expected (as there was no clarification on the description, Lay-up). :(

by Kaja from Phoenix, AZI ordered two of these. One of them was great, and the other one was not. The second was was not cleanly sanded and had some rough edges in the detailed areas. Disappointed by this piece. I had to do quite a bit of manual sanding on my own to make it look good after painting.

I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
