Pre-finished Nordic birch drawer sides are designed to streamline production and deliver a clean, consistent finish right out of the box. Coated with a durable ultraviolet-cured lacquer, these sides reduce labor time, especially when paired with a pre-finished drawer bottom. They are compatible with multiple assembly methods, including rabbet joint, Kreg jig, and dovetail, with optimized heights to accommodate 1 inch center-to-center dovetailing. Each side is precision-grooved 1/4 inch to accept a 7/32 inch drawer bottom. Compatible with undermount and side-mount slides.

Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
