The unit is advertized as solid birch. That is not true for the two end plates. Those are birch plywood with edge banding. The picture also does not show a metal rail that is supposed to be mounted in those strange notches on the end plates. The instructions do not say why this is needed. The real downside is that the packaging is fairly minimal. The first unit arrived with broken soft-close slides. Although CabinetParts had the exact replacements in stock, they chose to ship a complete new unit. What a waste of materials. Also, that metal rail, is left lose inside the packaging. Both shipments had a hole in the side were the rail was poking out. It also was scratching up the inside of the cabinet insert. It will be servicable, but the manufacturer needs to step up their game or CabinetParts needs to double box these units.

I thought the product was extremely high for what you got. You got four sticks with holes drilled in it that a CNC could’ve done in less than five minutes. You got eight clips to go into the hole to hold your trays. you had to supply your own drawer slides. It didn’t even include the tracks for $100. I felt like I was ripped off.

I feel the quality of this product is very good and from listening to people when I tell them what I'm doing, most do not have the option to change the position of their pullout drawers unless they want to empty their drawers and unscrew, choose a new height and fasten them again and with your product, I have that ability change the height almost effortlessly. I do wish this product came with better directions, more explanation on the installation for ease of installation.

The instructions that come with this are very vague. They’re also only for the installation of the C upper track. There were no instructions in the box for installation of the sliding track at all. I had to find those on the manufacturers website. They also were poorly written and vague. I called cabinet parts for installation help… they blew me off and said I need to contact the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they blew me off and said I need to contact cabinet parts because that’s who I purchased it from. I was very very disappointed in this. The product’s OK. It needs a stop for the end point when pulling it out or the guide will come off the C track. I had to reposition the bottom track inward far enough so that that doesn’t occur.
