This is an excellent product. When I tried to order something through online apps, it was either too small, or not deep enough. This is solid wood and we could trim it to our specs. The person on the phone was able to give us assistance and a discount on shipping. It was a very smooth process and it looks great!

I LOVE this product and easy to install. I did need to order brackets to install the rails to the back of my cabinet. It slides beautifully and effortlessly. One hiccup is that a small piece that fits on the end of the slide that links to the orange part broke. I tried to glue it back together but with no success. It’s currently working just fine. Might need to contact customer support to see what needs to be done. Overall very happy so far with my two tier cutlery drawer!

The shipment came in with a great extra protective barrier around box. The quality of the build is solid. If you have a framed cabinet, you are going to have to buy two Blum 2953750 rear brackets to mount it to the rear of your cabinet. There is also no hardware included to mount your chosen front face. Inspired by a similar offering by Rev-A-Shelf, I ordered Knape & Vogt 1547STL Desk Top Fasteners for the front face mount. Four #8 1/2 inch screws should work for the face mount and 3/32" pilot holes are recommended. A 0.75inch Forstner bit made two nice clean circular recesses at either end of the front face of this drawer for the fastener to lie in before screwing it in. Please note that the minimum opening height to support this drawer is 4.75 inches. Mine was 4.5 inches so I had to cut out a notch on either side to support the two included Blu bottom mount slides in order to fit this drawer. Your front face should be large enough to hide these notches so you shouldn't see them from your relatively tall vantage point when operating the drawer. Very happy with the result but understand you are going to limit the height of your cutlery since you're dividing your drawer height in half. If you have a taller drawer height opening you'll at least have more height for the sliding top tier. The height measurement for the bottom tier is 1 7/16". The minimum height for the top tier is 1 1/2" but a taller opening should give you some extra height. Comparing the Rev-A-Shelf product, this drawer's top tier slides are a bit less efficient because they do not recess into the bottom tier sides. This basically makes the top tier narrower than it could be and also it isn't as pretty because the top tier slides are exposed. However, I do like the divider arrangement better for this drawer and it makes more sense for common cutlery. Overall happy with this product!

Fabulous product, solid wood and well built! I replaced our silverware drawer with a plastic silverware divider that was cracking. I had to do some cabinet modifications on an older cabinet. Worked out perfectly.
