Combine this trash can with The Optional Built-In Countertop Compost Bin for the ultimate food prep area. Combining the convenience of a 9 Quart countertop compost bin with environmental consciousness, and an optional easily-accesible tilt-out trash can, users never need to bend over to utilize this counter top waste system. The compost bin lid opens by simply pressing the front center and it stays open while in use. By depressing the lever you can conveniently slide the cutting board over the rim to the compost bin for easy disposal and clean up.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
