I had ordered 6 drawer slides and 25 screws. I received 1 pair of slides and screws. Called and asked why only 1 pair. a person said an employee had read order incorrectly. Did get 5 pairs eventually. All is good. Shipping costs very high.

I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
