First time using this brand, out of the box impression WOW! Further examination reveals, a quality product in every way. Strength of assembly, metal stamping's are precise, well formed and well burred to remove sharp edges! Having the dimensional drawing downloadable as a PDF file is Great! Only dimensional problem I had was calculating the over all drawer width because I did not have the drawer box material in hand. But pay close attention to the drawer cross section drawing. The only thing I found missing was the suggested mounting screw size. I found that a flat head #6 screw worked perfect. These are by far fantastic, great value to price ratio, they will be my go to slid.

Installed and slide requires a tug to open. Once it past the top he initial pull, slide operates smoothly and softly self closes. However, it’s the initial tug to to open that’s annoying. Try to speak with rep, could not get past receptionist’s incompetence.

I spent $38 on a new bracket but when listed wrong and returned they refunded me $20.?? Service personal were outstanding just an issue with the refund
