Very high quality product. Received in very timely manner. Because I did not know I needed drawer locks ind addition to the slides, I did not order them. A Cabinet Parts rep called me to let me know I would need them in order for my slides to work. What great customer service!! My new drawers work beautifully.

The lack of useful directions makes it very difficult to install. The slides are well made but this shortcoming is a serious drawback. I am still trying to figure out exactly how to install them.

I had one of these drawer slides on a dresser I inherited from my parents. It was damaged at some point in a move and the drawer no longer closed properly so I wanted to replace it. I'm definitely not a carpenter, so I took photos of the damaged slide and submitted them to the customer service team - they responded to me within a couple hours, providing me with a link to the exact part I needed to order. It arrived quickly and was a perfect fit - so happy that my dresser now looks like new again! The slide itself is great - glides smoothly and shuts without slamming. It was easy to install the replacement - we had it done in 10 minutes including some small adjustments to get it perfect.
