Customer service was very helpful and nice. However, you need to make sure you order the exact slide you need. This slide came up when I punched in my old part number. The quality is very good and the screw holes matched up perfectly. But, it was just slightly off from the original and this slide did not fit under the drawer. I had to send it back. I paid $35 for shipping this slide and my drawer was still broken.

Shipped only a small portion of the order. When brought to their attention, they immediately shipped what was missing. Only suggestion that I would make is that they review their shipping costs on very small orders. Cost was excessive.

Really appreciated the quick delivery. It was hard to find this part so was glad it was easy to order on this site and was delivered in a week or so. My experience with these types of orders in general with other vendors is that they take more than 2 weeks or are in back order.

Purchased this to replace one of the under-drawer slider locks that broke on our bathroom vanity. Wasn't sure who manufactured the vanity, but matched up the old part with this one on the CabinetParts.com website using pictures provided. It was a perfect fit and restored normal smooth operation and soft closing of the drawer. The Cabinet Parts folks provided prompt shipping and the parts I needed. Thanks.
