Elite Wardrobe Rail 35-3/4 inch Long, Black

The web page shows the rod but does not show any rod mounting brackets (ends). I called the help line and was told that the rod and ends are sold separately. I ordered 6 rods and 12 ends I was very impressed at how quickly they arrived but was surprised to find that the ends were included in the rod packaging and the additional ends were packaged separately. (5 rods had ends, 1 did not.) Now I have to pay to send the remaining 10 back in order to be reimbursed. Also, the ends don't match the rods. The ends are what I expected as matte gold but the rods are more tanish brown.

I installed these in my custom built cabinet as I was looking for something high end looking. I looked for the closet rods for weeks and even purchased two other brands previously and returned them back. This closet rod is fantastic for 3 reasons: 1) looks wonderful, high end 2) it is designed so that there are no screws showing at all, very clever design 3) it is easy to install, mind you, you need to cut the rod to size and I pre-drilled the pilot holes for screws so that the screw does not damage the maple wood, if you have a composite wood closet you probably do not need to do that. In short, buy it, you will not regret (BTW< this is the second review in my live so that should tell you how happy I am with this purchase).
