    The wrong item was delivered; Customer Service was contacted on several occasions with the response being a manager would get back to me, none did. Followed up with multiple emails… no results. All that I was requesting was a return authorization and prepaid shipping and the item I ordered. Finally a Customer Service representative (Doug), obtained the authorizations for return and replacement. Once implemented I received the correct item . The item is as advertised, good quality and couldn’t be happier with it… just took a long time to get it resolved. Many thanks to Doug !

    These were a great bang for the buck. I wanted something to keep items from inadvertently sliding off a shelf behind my home bar and these fit the bill. A much cleaner look instead of a wood lip, and definitely faster than making something myself. Just drill a pair of holes and tap or press them in.

    I was unable to use these canisters, because they were a little too small from my utensils. I would recommend that people measure circumference of all the utensils together to determine if this canister will work for them.

    Easy to install. They were heavier (150#) than the originals(100#) installed in 2006. Very easy to pull. Excellent. W. O. B.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
