While the instructions were a little confusing(and labeled in 3 languages) the template and drawings made this product go in super easy.. it only looks complicated.

The Magic Corner I mechanism works well and installation was painless. The adjustments for the door are a massive improvement of their previous model. However, the parts came with some scratches and the bracket that rides in the slot arrived bent. Although it works, it makes a loud squeak when it meets the metal frame at the door. And one of the hooks for the trays is also bent, not allowing the tray to seat properly. It seems that perhaps this particular box, may have been previously opened or partially installed. It's unfortunate for an expensive unit like this one.

Quality is good and easy to install; however, it's way too small and wastes much of the cabinet space. Unable to return because it was installed. Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

I placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.
