by Susan from Broomall, PAI have a Brookhaven kitchen that I couldn’t get parts for the slide out basket. I ordered the bottom slide because nothing else would fit in that spot. I had someone yesterday install it, and it works just as well as the original assembly did. I gave the installer your information so if they ever get stuck again ( they couldn’t find anything either) they have a site they can go to to fix a cabinet problem that anyone else would have. Great customer service help, and really fast shipping.

by jeff from arley, ALWas easy to install. instructions have pictures but no words. words would help as the pics are not intuitive. Was able to easily figure it out. Another option that would be nice is a support that goes from lower back to up by the top of the can. I am attaching my cabinet front directly to the pullouts and it would add additional support especially since the handles are high on the cabinet door. All in all this is a very good frame.

Easy to install. They were heavier (150#) than the originals(100#) installed in 2006. Very easy to pull. Excellent. W. O. B.

Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
