this set of flipper slides are ok for lighter doors. do not try to install on heavier doors and expect no sagging. I also ordered what I thought was the correct hinges, but had to reorder new hinges. at this point I am over 200.00 in for a set of pocket doors that I do not like and am not impressed with. Ive been a cabinet maker for 23 years and I consider myself qualified to know when hardware is exceptional and these are ok. If you can choose a different set up than pocket doors, I would do it!

I received a package that was clearly marked "packing list inside". The packing list showed my entire order to have shipped with "NO" back orders... however, only part of my order was in the box. We have terrible postal and fedex service in my area, so panicked when the larger part of my order was not here. I looked everywhere around the house and drive that it could have been left, since fedex does stupid crap like that. Anyway, I called customer service to find out what was going on. I was pretty much talked to like a idiot because "their" records show my order to have 2 different tracking numbers... That means 2 (TWO) different packages, which also means 2 (TWO) different packing list! I have worked in construction all my adult life, 30 plus years, and dealt with MANY packages being delivered and I know exactly how packing list "should" work... apparently this company does not know how they work and think that you should just be able to read their mind. Even though I was "told" that the 2nd part of my order would be here the next day, it was 3 days later when it finally arrived... "WITHOUT" a packing list! This was very unprofessional and I did not appreciate being made out to be the dummy here... it was NOT my mistake that they don't know how to ship a package. I DO NOT recommend this company and will not be using again.. As for the door slides, they seem to be working ok. It was a nightmare ordering because everyone's site shows something different and no one has a complete package. The hinge set I ordered was for complete overlay... they do not! Not even close. I ended up having to build a jig to router out a recess to install the slide. Even with this I still only had a 1/4 inch overlay. Thankfully I have a void to each side of my custom cabinet it install extra blocking. I will be tossing the tiny screws that came with the slide and using real screws to support the slide since it is holding up a 50 inch tall door. Not sure who thought those tiny screws would ever work?? DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH before ordering!!!!

AFTER ABOUT 20 YEARS OF USE THE POCKET DOOR HINGE ON ONE OF THE DOORS OF A BEAUTIFUL AMOUR WE BOUGHT BROKE. AFTER DAYS OF RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET, I FOUND WHAT I THOUGHT WAS THE PROPER HINGE FOR MY CABINET AT CABINETPARTS. I ORDER IT ONLY TO FIND THAT IT WAS NOT THE PROPER HINGE. I CALLED CABINETPARTS AND THEY HAD ME RETURN THE ONE THAT THEY HAD SENT ME FOR A REFUND AND SEND MY BROKEN HINGE TO THEM FOR A MATCH. IT MATCHED PERFECTLY. THIS IS A VERY STRONG CUSTOMER ORIENTED COMPANY.
