    The adjustable ratchet lock from Knape & Vogt Mfg. is a good one. A little more money than some others, but their reviews were bad. They matched the keys to go with our others we had.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
