Not any fault of the hinges themselves but the nature of this application. Tight spaces, installed after the sink was already in etc. In the end it turned out great though

The hinges worked just as they were described in the catalog. However, the installation instructions that came with them were for a completely different product! They're not rocket science to install, though, so that wasn't a big deal. Installation was a bit cramped - it would do you well to install them before the sink and countertop are in place. I used one set with a sink tray, and the other I used on a second dummy drawer panel as a key rack. Cool, huh?

Actually only needed one hinge (actually a broken spring) but since sold as pair I replaced both. Fits and works as expected.

The hinges worked out perfect! I needed to lubricate them with WD40 for smoother operation during installation. Also, I bought a different set of screws for the installation ($1.99 at Home Depot). I wanted to use a "pan head" instead of the supplied wood screws that were counter-sunk. Also, with some experimentation, if you locate the top mounting holes on the hinge a little further back off center then the bottom mounting holes (ie: leaning back), you will be assured that when the false door is attached, it will close "tight" and pull up firmly to the cabinet. Overall, this is an excellent product.
