    We ordered this hood that needed to be fitted by my contractor to my small space. He called customer service to walk through how to adjust the dimensions and requirements for the vent insert. The awesome customer service team worked with me and the factory to expedite this getting in the truck to arrive in time to support my project!!     I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
