    Short version: great product, so so support. This piece was exactly as advertised, is of sound construction, and was easy to install...once I figured out how to detach the slider from the base. The instructions allegedly showed how to do it, but they had not been updated to reflect the use of a new slide lock. I called customer service, where they asked me to send a picture and promised to get right back to me. Never heard a word. Eventually I figured it out on my own. Since I had received an actual personal phone call to let me know when my order shipped, I was surprised by the poor after sales support.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
