I added these to narrow pantry shelves that previously led to items falling off the shelves when I was looking for something on the shelf. They were easier to install than I expected. My only complaint was that I would have appreciated a bit more instruction on how to drill the holes in the correct places. The holes I drilled were a bit off, but luckily there was just enough wiggle-room to maneuver the posts into the holes.

The shoe rail is well made out of heavy wire, the cross members are welded and the whole piece is then chromed. The insert ends have a flange stop that keeps the rail from inserting too deeply in the hole. Be sure and drill the holes just under the diameter of the posts as a tight fit is all you need to keep the rail in place.

I received this product promptly and in perfect condition, not bent and no scratches or burrs. It was a very nice look in the armoire cabinets we built for one of our customers.
