I had no idea how to replace my old waste container cabinet when the rails broke. I called cabinet parts, and they went above and beyond with the service to help me figure it all out and get the cabinet ordered. It arrived promptly, and is now installed in my kitchen! I love this cabinet, its an upgrade to the wire one that was here before. I only with that I had realized that it was not a modern soft-closing rail. That is my fault for assuming that it was. Too late now! I guess I will have to live with the differenct feel it has when opening and closing it.

We had an under the counter cabinet with a swing out door that was converted to a pull-out Waste Container area. The double Wood Bottom unit came set up to attach the cabinet door to two metal angle bars on the front sides. We left the original swinging door to the cabinet in place. Instead, we added a solid piece of wood to the inside of the two metal angle bars to completely enclose the gap between the bars and higher than the bars. Wood was secured with 3/4 inch screws/washer attached. We had an extra metal handle for the cabinets which we screwed onto the wood piece about 1 inch below the top of the metal angle bars. Finished product looks as if builder installed. There was enough height space to pop on a cover for the trash. Rear container is used for recycles. This was a perfect fit.
