  • 4 of 5 Works great May 25th, 2019
    by Richard from Dallas, TX

I watch the installation video. Thought it was going to be more difficult to installed in no time and was very easy. Frame seems a little wobbly but that may be just me.

    2 of 5 9” Minimum Opening Concern June 16th, 2026
    by Stephen from Encinitas, CA

I found the product itself very sturdy and of high quality. However, the minimum requirement of 9” is incorrect if you also purchased the hardware to attach the face of a cabinet door. The hardware that must be attached to the sides of front sides of the unit increase the total width of the unit and made the total width approximately 9-1/2”, which made it too wide for my 9-1/4” wide cabinet opening. For that reason, I had to return it. There is a 35% restocking fee, which I will dispute, because the company clearly says it only takes a 9” opening for it to work. I am still waiting on my refund, and I returned it over a week ago. Like I said previously, it’s a very solid and high quality unit, but the company needs to say in the product description that if you plan to purchase and add the hardware to attach to a cabinet door, you will need about a 10” cabinet opening for it to work.

    5 of 5 Outstanding Quality November 21st, 2025
    by Christy from Taunton, MA

Simple installation, great instructions. Quality was fantastic...very sturdy construction all around. Dovetail joinery and heavy duty blum guides. The container was a bit smaller than I prefer but I just swapped it out with one a bit larger as there are no fasteners .it just slips in the box provided.
