    Product was shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. All hardware and installation instructions were included. I replaced an existing lazy Susan of lesser quality (plastic trays that cracked and disintegrated within 10 years). The installation was fairly easy (about an hour, I'm not that handy). The maple trays are laminate (plywood) and seem durable. I hope that they last a lot longer than the plastic ones I replaced. The assembly is smooth and quiet. The trays rotate independently. Overall, I am pleased with the product and the vendor.
