I am very pleased with the quality and ease of installation of this product. The shipment arrived as promised, and it only took a couple of hours to install. It is much sturdier than those which you can buy in local home stores, albeit more expensive, but the extra expense is worth it for the superior design. I highly recommend this product.

The shelves and the hardware are high quality, very well made and it works very well. The instructions were not as specific as I would like, fortunately I am mechanically inclined so solved the challenge myself.

David was super from the beginning to the end. Initially, he adviced us not to buy anything based on our plan. Then, he explained what would work. When we placed our original order and suddenly realized we forgot to tell David about the refrigerator next to the cabinet, the order was stopped/cancelled before it was shipped. And then, David patiently guided us to this alternative and anticipated that we would need different cabinet door hinges. The only negative was that the installation was much more complicated for our handyman than we expected. This was partially because he'd never done this before and partially because he had to build the blind cabinet, but for the nouvice - it is not a simple installation.

I ordered the wrong size but was quickly given return authorization. The new correct size lazy Susan is fantastic. Top notch construction and quality. Works like a dream.

The shelves are great. Installation gets a little sticky if there is a drawer glide directly above the installation; it is very difficult to get the post in a vertical position to fit into the base. We had to finagle it into the top brace, lift it up, and drop it into the base. Awkward.
