    Really like the sturdiness, ease of installation and smooth working of this organizer. Just saw that this pullout was featured in the HGTV Urban Oasis kitchen in Chicago. Good choice!

    Assembly & installation were pretty straightforward; maybe not the 20 minutes that they claim but not much longer, depending upon how flexible you are working inside the cabinet. The lower slide can fit up to 5 pieces of cookware. With the upper slide installed in its highest position (you have a choice of 3), the lower can accommodate a 12" pan. The dividers are held in place by plastic clips that snap on to the wires of the lower slide. The caution is to apply just enough force for the clip to snap in place; too much & you may shoot past the intended rest position and break the clip. You should only have to clip them on once, after which you can simply slide them along the wire to fit your cookware. I broke a clip and discovered the great customer service from Rev-A-Shelf who sent a replacement in the mail the day after I alerted them of my accident. Thanks again, Tracy!

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
