I found the product itself very sturdy and of high quality. However, the minimum requirement of 9” is incorrect if you also purchased the hardware to attach the face of a cabinet door. The hardware that must be attached to the sides of front sides of the unit increase the total width of the unit and made the total width approximately 9-1/2”, which made it too wide for my 9-1/4” wide cabinet opening. For that reason, I had to return it. There is a 35% restocking fee, which I will dispute, because the company clearly says it only takes a 9” opening for it to work. I am still waiting on my refund, and I returned it over a week ago. Like I said previously, it’s a very solid and high quality unit, but the company needs to say in the product description that if you plan to purchase and add the hardware to attach to a cabinet door, you will need about a 10” cabinet opening for it to work.

This unit installed pretty easily within 30 minutes by a guy that is moderately handy. The waste bins that came with it were too small to be practical, but my current bin worked fine in the space. The shelf does not roll out as smoothly as I would like and the soft-close doesn't pull back in as quickly on the glide as I'd hoped. Nonetheless, this seems to be a very solid unit as we've used it over the last week.
